Welcome to HUVU Interior Design Studio. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, interior design services, consultations, concepts, drawings, project execution services, and all related offerings provided by HUVU Interior Design Studio (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.

About Our Services

HUVU Interior Design Studio provides professional interior design and space styling services including but not limited to:

  • Residential Interior Design

  • Commercial Interior Design

  • Space Planning

  • Furniture & Material Consultation

  • 3D Visualizations & Concepts

  • Renovation & Styling Solutions

  • Custom Furniture & Decor Consultation

  • Project Coordination & Execution Support

All services are subject to project scope, availability, timelines, and mutually agreed quotations.

Client Responsibilities

By working with HUVU Interior Design Studio, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate project details and site information.

  • Share timely approvals, decisions, and feedback.

  • Ensure proper site access when required.

  • Make payments according to agreed project milestones.

  • Cooperate during the design and execution process.

Project delays caused by pending approvals, restricted access, or incomplete information may affect delivery timelines.

Design Ownership & Intellectual Property

All concepts, layouts, mood boards, renderings, drawings, presentations, and creative work developed by HUVU Interior Design Studio remain the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

  • Reproduce or copy designs,

  • Share designs with third parties for execution without approval,

  • Resell or commercially use any creative materials developed by the studio.

Unauthorized use of our designs may result in legal action.

Quotations, Pricing & Payments

  • All quotations are valid for a limited period unless otherwise specified.

  • Pricing may change depending on project revisions, material selection, custom requirements, or market fluctuations.

  • Advance payments may be required before project commencement.

  • Payment schedules will be defined in the quotation or agreement.

  • Delayed payments may result in work suspension or project delays.

Unless specifically mentioned in writing, payments made toward consultations, booking amounts, or design fees are non-refundable.

Project Timelines

Estimated project timelines are based on standard working conditions and approved project scope.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Client approval delays,

  • Vendor or contractor delays,

  • Material shortages,

  • Site conditions,

  • Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

HUVU Interior Design Studio shall not be held liable for delays caused by third parties or external factors.

Materials, Finishes & Visual Representations

Material samples, textures, colors, finishes, and furniture shown in presentations or 3D renders are indicative representations and may slightly vary from actual products due to:

  • Lighting differences,

  • Manufacturing variations,

  • Display settings,

  • Supplier availability.

Availability of specific materials or products may vary depending on market conditions.

Third-Party Vendors & Contractors

The studio may recommend or coordinate with external vendors, suppliers, contractors, or consultants for project execution.

While we aim to collaborate with reliable professionals, HUVU Interior Design Studio shall not be directly responsible for:

  • Third-party workmanship,

  • Vendor delays,

  • Product defects,

  • Supplier pricing changes,

  • External service issues.

Separate agreements may apply between clients and third-party vendors where applicable.

Website Usage

All content displayed on our website including images, designs, graphics, branding, text, portfolios, and visual materials are owned by HUVU Interior Design Studio and protected under intellectual property laws.

No content may be copied, reproduced, downloaded, or reused without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, HUVU Interior Design Studio shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses,

  • Site-related damages beyond our control,

  • Vendor disputes,

  • Delays caused by external parties,

  • Material unavailability,

  • Losses arising from client modifications or decisions.

Clients acknowledge that interior projects may involve variables outside the studio’s direct control.

Cancellation & Termination

Either party may terminate a project or service engagement through written communication.

In such cases:

  • Payments for completed stages and approved work shall remain payable.

  • Designs and creative work delivered remain the property of HUVU Interior Design Studio unless otherwise agreed.

  • Refunds, if applicable, shall be subject to the studio’s discretion and agreed project terms.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to HUVU Interior Design Studio, its services, website, or agreements shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Changes to Terms

HUVU Interior Design Studio reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

Updated terms will be published on our website and shall become effective immediately upon posting.
